How can I prove my purchase from the official VGR website?

In order to protect the rights of both customers and the company, proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a photo of the shipping label on the outer packaging (flyer) or by providing the order number registered on our website or a screenshot thereof.

Did you use any charger head to charge the machine?

Please be careful not to use charger heads with a power rating other than that stated on the machine's packaging, which is usually 1 amp and 5V, as this may damage the battery and the machine's circuit board.

How long does it take to deliver orders?

All orders are usually delivered within 1 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays. The shipment status can be tracked through ARRIVE.
