How can I prove my purchase from the official R M website?

In order to protect the rights of both customers and the company, proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a photo of the shipping label on the outer packaging (flyer) or by providing the order number registered on our website or a screenshot thereof.

Did you use any charger head to charge the machine?

Please be careful not to use charger heads with a power rating other than that stated on the machine's packaging, which is usually 1 amp and 5V, as this may damage the battery and the machine's circuit board.

How long does it take to deliver orders?

All orders are usually delivered within 1 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays. The shipment status can be tracked through ARRIVE.

R M brand offers a comprehensive one-year warranty on all personal care devices purchased through our official website. This warranty covers any defects materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Covered:
Manufacturing defects in the main unit, including the motor and internal components.
Malfunctions due to defective materials or workmanship.
Any electrical or mechanical issues arising from regular use under the prescribed conditions.
Repair or replacement of the product, at R M Brand's discretion, if found defective under normal use.
Not covered:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Failure to follow product instructions or guidelines.
Damage resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning.
Damage caused by use with incompatible accessories or parts.
Damage resulting from exposure to harsh conditions, including but not limited to water, heat, or humidity damage.
Blades and accessories are specifically excluded from this warranty coverage.
